About IYI
Mission:
IYI empowers international youth workers to transform and equip each present and future generation of youth.
Vision:
To replicate generational life transformation and ministry in youth age 12-24 globally through international youth worker partnerships, leadership training, and strategic development projects. Foundational is stirring the vision within the global church and
its leaders to develop effective youth ministry that reaches all youth for Christ and raises them up as world changers.
Values:
- To cultivate the uniqueness of youth calling others to value the conditions and cultures of youth.
- To integrate and implement biblical mandates through all initiatives.
- To create engaging partnerships.
- To educate, equip, and engage international and U.S. ministry stakeholders.
- To launch and develop community projects that will change the DNA of the
world youth grow up in.
